Significant Transactions
|
Marsh Supermarkets, LLC: Represented Marsh in the subleasing of their 175,000 square foot corporate headquarters building to Roche Diagnostics. The transaction involved multiple professionals, incentives for the sublease and economic analysis to warrant the vacation of the building by Marsh.
Kite Realty Group: Represented Kite in the leasing of a portion of their corporate headquarters building, 30 South Meridian Street, to the Indiana Supreme Court. The transaction encompassed over 75,000 square feet and involved multiple professionals, extensive financial analysis and complex negotiations.
Terra Enterprises: Represented Terra Enterprises in the sale of the former Vectren Headquarters Building to WFYI Public Broadcasting. The building was over 95,000 square feet and involved new market tax credits, a “bargain sale” and preparation of numerous materials to assist WFYI, a not for profit, in obtaining funds for the purchase.
Perennial Washington Street, LLC: Represented Perennial in the leasing of over 128,000 square feet at the 130 East Washington Street Building in Indianapolis. The floors leased to one of the tenants, the State of Indiana, had been vacant for over eight years.
Panattoni Development: Represented Panattoni in pre-leasing their professional building on the St. Vincent Hospital campus. The building is over 88,000 square feet and involved the pre-leasing of approximately 62,000 square feet to St. Vincent Health.
Amerimar Enterprises: Represented Amerimar in numerous transactions at their Class A office building in Indianapolis, IN. The building is comprised of almost 270,000 square feet and is 96% occupied.
Coastal Partners: Represented Coastal Partners in numerous transactions at their Class A office Building in Indianapolis, IN. The building is comprised of almost 136,000 square feet and is 94% occupied.
Wurth Group of North America: Represented Wurth Group in the leasing and eventual sale of their office building at 603 East Washington Street in Indianapolis, IN. The building contained over 70,000 square feet and was under contract with the eventual buyer within 15 days of the sale listing commencement.
Simon Property Group: Exclusive marketing team for the repositioning of the 4th floor at Circle Center Mall in Indianapolis, IN. The space comprises over 114,000 square feet and is slated for conversion to office use. |
